Zoho Revenue Crosses ₹12,000 Crore in FY25; Profit at ₹3,191 Crore

Indian SaaS major Zoho Corporation has reported a significant financial milestone, with its consolidated revenue crossing ₹12,000 crore in FY25. The company recorded approximately ₹12,313 crore in revenue, reflecting a robust year-on-year growth of nearly 17.8%, driven by strong global demand for its cloud-based software solutions.
Despite the revenue growth, Zoho’s net profit stood at ₹3,191 crore, slightly lower than the previous year’s ₹3,299 crore. The dip in profitability has been attributed to increased investments in infrastructure, research, and scaling operations to support long-term growth.
The company’s expenses rose sharply by over 30%, reaching around ₹9,216 crore, highlighting its continued focus on expansion and innovation, particularly in areas such as artificial intelligence and enterprise software solutions.
Zoho, a bootstrapped company headquartered in India, has consistently differentiated itself by maintaining profitability while scaling globally without external funding. Its growing cash reserves and steady revenue trajectory reflect strong financial discipline and resilience in a competitive SaaS market.
Overall, the results underline Zoho’s position as one of India’s leading technology companies, demonstrating that sustainable growth and profitability can coexist even in a capital-intensive, innovation-driven industry.
